Has anyone else used the new Minespace portal for submitting reports? I found it a bit notchy and confusing to access the first time, but now I think it’s a great way to see all past and current submitted info regarding your mine sites.

Oh no way ! I havent check it out yet but will do right away !! Anything to help make the process easier is a good thing ... wonder if others use this !!? I rememeber how long it took to figure out just using MTO , let alone doing my first report ...Nice that this page has resource articles to help the new miners navigate the complex process ( every province is different) ...thanks for the heads up AndyThraxx

Is it more leaned towards people with actively permitted claims?

Recently I have been using the Assessment Report and Digital Data Submission portal, but I have been writing technical assessment Reports. Will look into Minespace BC.

Hi Andy,

When you say "your" site. do you mean the activities/reports you personally have submitted for your own property (placer/mineral permit)? I can be terribly unorganized and having a place besides the depths of my spare Hard-drive to access and see all my activities sounds great!

As far as gov't services go "easy to use" isn't always the first thing that comes to mind.

Hey prospectorjared_bc,

Yes you can access all previous SoWs/permits via minespace. Maybe only ones submitted via Minespsce tho.
