About Me

Hi, I’m Daniella Iannone — a Health & Safety Manager, wife, and mom of four teenagers. Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My career journey has taken a few unexpected turns over the years. I started in fashion design, moved into the automotive industry, and eventually found my way into construction and mining. Each step has taught me something valuable — creativity, problem-solving, adaptability, and how to stay grounded no matter what’s thrown my way. All of that experience plays a role in how I lead and support people today.

I’m currently the Health and Safety Manager for Hardrock Diamond Drilling. Hardrock, established in 2004, specializes in mineral exploration projects across Western Canada. I work closely with our teams both in the field and behind the scenes, helping build a strong safety culture, supporting our supervisors, and making sure our crews have what they need to work confidently and go home safely.
