the BC government made changes to the staking system due to a supreme court decision-
The recent decision of the British Columbia Supreme Court in Gitxaala v. British Columbia (Chief Gold Commissioner), 2023 BCSC 1680 (“Gitxaala”), is an important decision for the minerals exploration and development industry in British Columbia.
Has anyone staked new ground since the changes and if so has anyone gotten any response yet ?

Staked my most recent claim on March 25, the day before the changes went into place. If anyone can get through the FN consultation period in less than 60-90 days I would be surprised. Luckily, if the FN('s) don't respond, the claim staking request is automatically granted.
